Step 1  : Download NetBeans click here Downloads
              file name ( netbeans-7.3.1.linux.sh )

              

Step 2 : open terminal
             >  cd Downloads
             >  sudo su
             >  chmod +x netbeans-7.3.1.linux.sh
             >  ./netbeans-7.3.1.linux.sh

Step 3 :

Step 4 : go to menu   

then Finish installation
