Step 1 : Download Aptana Studio 3 click here Download

Step 2 : open terminal ( Ctrl+Alt+t )

Step 3 : Extract Aptana Studio 3 & install

            > sudo unzip Aptana_Studio_3_Setup_Linux_x86_64_3.4.2.zip -d /opt
            > wget https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6NzPvJ9MdisMnFSQVN0d2syRHc/edit?usp=sharing
            > sudo mv AptanaStudio3.desktop /usr/share/applications/AptanaStudio3.desktop

Step 4 : go to menu   

                                                                                     

then Finish installation
